Dear Sponsor,

As we wind down the school year (graduation for kindergarten and our sixth-grade
students is scheduled for November 14), we reflect and see immense blessings God
provided this school year. Our teachers and staff were rewarded with much-needed
raises, the school buildings and classrooms received several upgrades and renovations,
the PTA is extremely active in providing funds plus labor for several projects, and our
precious students have excelled in all areas. God is good! Your continued support has
made 2025 one of our best years yet. Thank you! It is all possible because of your
generous donations and continued prayers for this ministry.

TCS is blessed with a very dedicated and hard-working school secretary, Aurora
Matute. As you can imagine, she wears many hats to keep the school running smoothly.
I asked her to share some key moments at the school this year. Her reply has been
translated into English from Spanish using Google translate. Here is what she offered:

“Our school is an educational institution whose vision is to fulfill, within the framework of
the competencies and challenges to be achieved, to gradually and safely lead children
toward success through comprehensive education, primarily in the respect and fear of
Almighty God, through the wisdom to meet the challenges and challenges demanded by
society, the technological world, and the ability to resolve the adversities we face in
today’s world.”

The school enthusiastically welcomed a visit from a group of volunteer pastors from Samaritan’s Purse, who delivered gift boxes to the children. Each box contained toys, school supplies, personal hygiene items, and other gifts prepared with dedication and love. This activity filled the students with joy, reinforcing values such as solidarity, gratitude, and camaraderie. It was a special moment that left a lasting impression on the hearts of everyone present.

The Bible classroom was repaired thanks to the valuable collaboration of parent Wilber Joya, who contributed his time and expertise to improve the space. The work included infrastructure improvements, such as painting, furniture repairs, and classroom organization, with the goal of creating a more comfortable and suitable environment for learning. This effort reflects the commitment of the educational community and the important role parents play in strengthening academic achievement.

Tables and benches were added to the school’s recreational area to provide a more comfortable and functional space for students to relax and socialize. This improvement contributes to the well-being of the school community and strengthens the recreational spaces.

In a gesture of solidarity and support, a group of American volunteers presented gowns and shorts to the children at our school. These garments were lovingly made by the volunteers themselves. The event took place in an atmosphere of joy and gratitude, highlighting the value of generosity and international collaboration in support of education and child well-being.
